Performance management
Gautrans provides performance management support in line with its mandate to strengthen infrastructure maintenance engineering, planning, and service delivery across Gauteng. Our work includes conducting strategic assessments, evaluating operational effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement within transport-related programs and systems. These efforts contribute to evidence-based decision-making, accountability, and the continuous enhancement of public sector performance across the province.
